[PROGRESS] - Topic

Frankly speaking, I have yet to come up with a specific topic for my research proposal. However, I am interested to do a research on the use of technology in education. I have always have a tendency to favour classes that has something to do with technology. Classes such as Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and Instructional Technology are my favourite classes back then. Perhaps, I could study on the effectiveness of learning with technology in classes.

Another branch of the education field that I would like to consider is Psychology. I also like psychology classes back then in degree. I noticed that I like to observe someone else's behaviour and justify their actions and such. Therefore, this week I shall try to download as many articles and journals as I can, and perhaps borrow some books from KPTM or UiTM.

[REFLECTION] - one

It has been awhile since the last time I blogged. Basically, this blog was created for reflections on what we learned in class and the progress on our proposal for the course ED702, Research Methodology. I think, having a blog about the progress for research is good since we can somehow broaden our views and motivate ourselves to complete the proposal by reading other people's updates on their blogs.

I believe that other researchers have done this too. Somehow, when other researchers would like to continue or improvise our work, at least they can refer to what we have done.

Well, let's move the direction to what I have learned in class. Basically, I have gone through the same course during my degree years. Basically, they are the same thing with exposure from different lecturers and books. I have to recall what I have learned before and I only managed to remember some familiar terms. Terms like ethnographic, causal-comparative and historical research could not trigger anything from my memory because we rarely discuss about such matters before. I like the book that is used in this class since there are a variety of examples that is easy to understand, and uses the same field as I am in.

I look forward to learn more in class and I hope I will have more progress on my research proposal soon!
